7:30pm Every FRIDAY Night is our Family Fun Show – The early ComedyCity show each Friday is all-ages and suitable for the entire family, with a ticket price that won’t break the bank. Just $7 per person!
ComedyCity is a troupe of improvisational comedy performers. We feature four shows each week, and because it’s improvisation, you never see the same show twice. ComedyCity is the longest running comedy club in Northeast Wisconsin – We’ve been performing in and around the area since 1987.
Each show features a group of performers that entertain with a series of short scenes, songs & sketches based on audience suggestions. So we might ask for your favorite animal, or something you find in your garage, and the players take that suggestion and create the action on stage.
Shows last about 90 minutes with an intermission.
Effective in 2020, our entrance and box office is on Main Avenue, with parking available on surface streets around our location.
COVID-19 Policies (as of 2021):

- Theatre capacity is reduced 50% and you will be assigned seats, by group.

The Green Room is once again hosting a unique theatre experience Saturday, October 10th at 7:30PM, this time as an online virtual event. Known as the 24-Hour Theatre Collective, this event brings together writers, directors, actors and audiences to share in the creative process.
In a nutshell, multiple plays will be written, rehearsed, and performed for an
online audience – all within 24 hours.
We are reaching out to area theatre groups, as well as individuals with an interest in participating – hence the term “Collective.” The plan is to have all interested creative folks (writers, directors & actors) meet online in a Zoom call at 7:30PM on Friday night (October 9th)
Random teams will be selected, as one of the goals is to get members of the theatre community working collaboratively. Each team will have one writer, one director and a number of actors – depending on how many show up.
Writers will know how many actresses/actors they have to write for and who their director is. They will be given a suggestion and go off to write a short play overnight. Play length will vary based on the number of teams/actors. Ultimately, we’d like to create a 90 minute show.
Writers will have until 8am to write their play, at which point the scripts will be handed over to the directors. Directors and actors will rehearse until approximately 3pm. Technical rehearsal will follow until 6:30pm.
There will be one public online performance at 7:30PM on Saturday.
Tickets are $5 and must be purchased online HERE no less than 30 minutes prior to showtime. Paid tickets will receive an email with a Zoom link about 30 minutes prior to showtime.
If interested in writing, directing or performing, or if you have any questions please feel free to contact Mike Eserkaln, mike@comedycityonline.com or (920) 983-0966.
