ONLINE RESERVATIONS/TICKETS: Buying tickets online is strongly recommended for our events. You can buy your tickets by clicking on “Buy Tickets” at the bottom of this page. (Links to external ticketing site) We often have tickets available for walk-ups, but there is no guarantee those will be available.
DO I GET A PRINTED OR EMAILED TICKET?: No. There is nothing to print or show at the box office – just give the box officer the name the tickets are under when you arrive (a will call). If you booked with free passes, the box officer will collect those when you check in. If you do not have free passes for some or all of your order, you will be charged the regular admission price and seating may be delayed.
WHERE DO I GO?: We are located at 365 Main Ave in DePere. Parking is available on streets around our theatre. We no longer have an entrance off of the Nicolet Square parking lot, although you are welcome to park in that lot and walk the short distance around the block.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I SHOW UP? The box office generally opens 30 minutes prior to performances. For the 9:30 ComedyCity shows, the box office opens at 9:15. This gives us time to allow the previous show’s audience to depart, and for us to ready the theatre for the next performance.
SEATING: Seating is non-reserved. Don’t worry, our theatre seats around 70, and the farthest seat is within about 20 feet of the stage.
WHAT IF I’M WITH A GROUP? If you are arriving with a group our box officers will make every effort to seat your group together. It’s extremely helpful if you all arrive earlier and at the same time, we’d suggest no less than 15 minutes prior to showtime.
HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS FOR A LARGE GROUP?
A) One person makes the reservation for the whole group and pays for it online. If you are making one reservation for the entire group, make sure to tell your group the name that the reservation is under so they can tell the Box Office. Remember, we don’t offer any refunds for any unused pre-purchased tickets. This is the easiest option.
B) Each individual or family can make their own reservation online. Please ask your folks to add a comment on the online reservation to tell us the name of the group, so we can seat everyone together.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?: We permit changes or cancellations to your tickets up to 48 hours before the start of the performance. Please e-mail us at the contact information below. Cancellations within 48 hours of performance time are non-refundable.
CAN THOSE UNDER 21 ATTEND? Yes, with some simple guidelines. Our bartenders will not serve anyone under the age of 21, even if with a parent or legal guardian. While we welcome all ages to our performance venue, those under the age of 21 are not permitted to loiter in the bar area after the late performance.
IS YOUR COMEDYCITY GROWN-UP SHOW “DIRTY”?: Not necessarily, and sometimes, not at all. Since all ComedyCity shows are based on audience suggestions, it depends on what we get! We’d say it’s PG-13, sometimes R. Might not be the best for the young ‘uns, but hey, who are we to judge?
